Your money, together.

Start here

  1. Open Import. Choose your statements and check dates, amount columns and duplicates.
  2. Use Fast Review to approve merchant groups and tags. Hide tagged clears completed tagging from view; turn it off to revisit records.
  3. Build a Workspace from tags and a date range. Check owner, source and currency.
  4. Attach receipts and resolve the scope’s outstanding checks.
  5. Export an accountant pack or an explicitly labelled draft.

Backups and recovery

Settings → Recovery creates portable backups and restores previous library snapshots. A startup recovery screen can restore a complete backup into a separate library without replacing an unreadable database.

Import problems

CSV and limited XLS/XLSX are supported. Check the preview before committing. If a workbook is rejected, export its statement sheet as CSV. Statement totals include any GST charged; GST eligibility still requires review.

Tax coverage

Australia-first financial organisation and accountant handoff. Quarterly cash-basis Simpler BAS preparation only. WFH/car are user-entered estimate ledgers; asset records are not automatic depreciation calculations. Non-Australian statutory engines, lodgment, cloud sync and iPhone capture are not included.
